We’re Hiring in Queensland! We are seeking a full-time Foreman to join our growing precast team in Ormeau QLD. Reporting to the Precast Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of the manufacture, delivery and supply of precast concrete products and materials to allocated projects.

Qualifications & experience
You will ideally have at least 5 years’ experience in the precast or construction industry as a foreman or site supervisor. You will hold a certificate or license in either steel fixing, form working / carpentry or concreting. You will also have an in-depth understanding of fabrication drawings and an understanding of specifications and tolerances.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage up to 15 precast operators on the floor.
- Lead the quality and safety culture in the factory.
- Mentor and ensure appropriate training of new staff and trainees.
- Assist is the setting up of of new projects, such as mould assembly and formwork.
- Carry out quality assurance tasks, such as pre-pour, post-pour inspections and daily casting records.
- Liaise with key suppliers; concrete, reinforcement and labour hire to ensure quality and on time supply of resources.
- Establish production forecast with the Factory Manager and project team.
